A highlight of uses for a few of the oils we keep on hand:
1. Rub 1-2 drops on the bottom of the feet and on the shoulders before bedtime to get a good sleep. This really works for me!
2. Apply to wrists and neck before a stressful meeting or event. You may get compliments on how nice you smell too.
3. Diffuse to calm overactive children.
4. Add a few drops to epsom salts before adding to a bath for a relaxing soak.
5. Diffuse at night to reduce teeth grinding.
6. Add Peace & Calming to coconut oil or other massage oil for incredible relaxation.
7. For anxiety, place a drop on the neck at the base of the skull. Repeat as needed.
8. Calm restless leg syndrome with 2-3 drops rubbed onto legs.
9. Use as perfume behind ears and on wrists.
10. Rub on child’s big toes at night to help calm and relax.

Tei Fu, One of my personal favorites! DON’T GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT IT!
This is an oil essence from rare herbs that works fast. Use your finger to put on area of the pain. It is used for pain anywhere.
HEADACHES, NECK PROBLEMS – rub across forehead and temple area.
SINUSES – To open up sinuses and head, rub on upper lip, just under nose, and on the temple area.
MUSCLE TENSION, SPRAINED AREAS, ARTHRITIS PAIN – Rub in well on offending areas.
POISON IVY and OAK
STOMACH ACHE – internally, 1-4 drops (child 1-2 drops w/water) externally, massage stomach.
COUGHS AND COLDS – 1-4 drops (child 1-2 drops) Rub on chest and throat.
VOMITING -1-4 drops internally
MOTION SICKNESS – l-4 drops (child 1-2 drops) Put drops on temple and neck.
Since frankincense is high in terpenes, it goes beyond the blood brain barrier and helps stimulate the limbic system of the brain as well as the hypothalamus, pineal and pituitary glands. Frankincense is one of the few oils that is considered anti-tumoral. It is a strong antiviral, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic and expectorant oil. Frankincense oil has the ability to relax and revitalize at the same time. It is excellent for nervous tension and nervous exhaustion.
Main Effects: Frankincense is anti-asthmatic, strengthens the immune system and is anti-tumoral.
Applications: Frankincense can be diffused, used topically, orally, and the resins can be burned as incense.
If in doubt, use Frankincense.
Put a drop on an insect bite to help reduce swelling and speed healing.
v Apply 1-2 drops of on temples and/or back of neck to help improve concentration.
v Apply 1-3 drops on each foot to help strengthen the immune system..
v Dilute 1 drop in 1tsp. honey or 4 oz. rice milk and ingest daily for health maintenance
v Dilute 50/50 with Mixing Oil and apply to a blistered area 3-5 times daily as needed
v Diffuse or inhale from the bottle to help with mood elevation.
v Dilute 50/50 with Mixing Oil and massage 6-9 drops onto each foot at night to help with sore feet.
v Apply 1-3 drops to shoulders stomach and bottoms of feet to help with low mood and insomnia.
v Apply 1-3 drops on nails and at base of nails, 3 times per week to help strengthen brittle or weak nails.
v Rub a few drops on stretch marks 2 times a day.
Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly-regarded herbs for soothing digestion.
v Rub 4-6 drops in the palm and rub over stomach and around the navel to relieve indigestion, flatulence, nausea and diarrhea.
v Add a drop of Peppermint oil to herbal tea to aid in digestion and relieve heartburn.
v Massage several drops of Peppermint oil on the area of injury to reduce inflammation.
v Apply immediately to an injured area to relieve pain. If there is a cut, apply the Peppermint oil around (not on) the open wound.
v Rub several drops of Peppermint oil on the bottoms of the feet to reduce fever.
v Apply a drop of Peppermint oil topically on unbroken skin to stop itching.
v For poison ivy or poison oak, apply Peppermint oil on location straight or dilute with oil.
v Inhale Peppermint oil before and during a workout to boost your mood and reduce fatigue.
v To relieve a headache, rub a drop of Peppermint oil on the temples, forehead, over the sinuses (stay away from the eyes) and on the back of the neck.
v To stop hiccups, apply a drop of Peppermint oil on each side of the fifth cervical vertebra (up three notches from the large vertebra at the base of the neck).
v Place two drops of Peppermint oil on the tongue and rub under the nose to improve alertness and concentration and inhale to improve recall.
v Place a drop of Peppermint oil on the tongue and inhale into the nose and sinuses to relieve congestion from a cold.
v To kill aphids, add 4-5 drops of Peppermint oil to 4-ounces of water and spray the plants.
v Drink a drop of Peppermint oil mixed in a glass of cold water to cool off on a hot day.
v Rub Peppermint oil on joints to relieve arthritis or tendonitis pain.
v Place a drop of Peppermint oil on the tongue to stop bad breath.
v Inhale the fragrance of Peppermint oil to curb the appetite and lessen the impulse to overeat.
v Remove ticks by applying a drop of Peppermint oil on a cotton swab and swabbing the tick. Wait for it to unhedge its head and remove from your pet.
v Mix Peppermint oil in a footbath to relieve sore feet. Keep water agitated while soaking feet.
Pan B Gone
Pan B Gone is a blend of wintergreen, which has an active constituent similar to cortisone; clove which contains eugenol, used by dentists to numb gums; peppermint), which is calming for nerves; and helichrysum, which is soothing for localized discomfort.
v Apply oil topically on an injured area to reduce inflammation and bruising.
v Apply oil topically to sore muscles after exercising.
v Rub a drop of oil on the temples, forehead and back of the neck to relieve a headache.
v Mix oil with a carrier oil and massage on location to stop growing pains.
v Rub 1-2 drops of oil on arthritic hands to lessen pain.
v Rub 2-3 drops of oil at the base of the spine to relieve sciatic pain
